Robin Padilla defends Filipina Fan from foreigner.

Even the rich and famous get fed up sometimes. It's understandable that celebrity stars get annoyed when paparazzi or anyone gets in their faces, but you'd think they'd be a bit more patient when they have encounters with fans. Unfortunately, some famous people are apparently even jerks before they were famous. But Robin Padilla is different.

Robinhood Ferdinand Cariño Padilla is a Filipino film actor, screenwriter, producer, and director. Padilla is both a matinee idol and cultural icon; he is sometimes referred to as "James Dean" and dubbed as the "Bad Boy" of Philippine cinema for gangster roles in his films Anak ni Baby Ama, Grease Gun Gang, Bad Boy 1, and Bad Boy 2, to name some. He is dubbed as "The Action Prince" or "The Prince of the Philippine Action Movies".

Padilla is active in television programs, having played important roles in Asian Treasures, Joaquin Bordado, Totoy Bato, Guns and Roses, Toda Max. His father, Roy, a film director, and politician served as vice-governor of Camarines Norte in the 1970s and assemblyman in the 1980s; while his mother was an actress, and three of his siblings Rustom, Rommel, and Royette are actors. His half-brother, Casimero, succeeded in their father's political endeavours, serving as a union leader, a congressman, and three-term governor of Camarines Norte.

In 2010, Padilla returned to ABS-CBN. His projects with the network included the sitcom Toda Max, which was launched in November 2011, this was Padilla's second over-all sitcom his last one with Pwedeng Pwede with his former co-star, the late comedian Redford White.

In 2015, Padilla will be paired with former Japanese AV Idol Maria Ozawa for Nilalang for the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival. On December 1, 2015, he returned to his original mother network, ABS-CBN after 2 years and he became one of the judges in the return of Pilipinas Got Talent for its 5th season for this late 2015 to 2016 and 6th season at this present.

Fan stories about rude celebrities can be pretty shocking. Consider the case of Robin Padilla, who reportedly pushed a foreigner while he was in Hong Kong for the “Tapang at Malasakit” event by Davao City Mayor Sarah Duterte and Baste Duterte. The incident was captured in a live video that was being streamed on Robin Padilla’s official Facebook page on Sunday, February 25, 2018.

During his visit to Hongkong, the actor posted a live video of him. In the video, he called out everyone to watch the live coverage of the event. After finishing his short invitation, a lot of Filipina fans immediately asked if they could take a picture with him. Robin fulfilled the wishes of his fans one by one.

On the video we can see a Filipina rushing towards Robin’s side to take a selfie, then out of nowhere a foreigner suddenly popped out on the other side of the action star. Eager to have a picture with Robin, the man gestures at the Filipina to move away from Robin’s side.

Robin instantly pushed the man, who was disrespecting the woman, to the side. He reprimanded the man and said: “Don’t do that to my countryman, okay?! Don’t do that! Don’t push her!”. The Foreigner immediately apologizes to them and we can hear his nonstop apology before the video ends.

Are the pressures of fame simply too much, or do these celebrities secretly hate their fans? Whatever the case, some terrible encounters with rude stars will really make you gasp. But in the case of Robin, he wasn’t rude he was just fair to his fellow countryman.
